Caldwell Event Outfitters (formerly Caldwell Tents) is an affordable party and event rental & balloon arrangement & delivery company located at 3 Brookside Avenue in Caldwell New Jersey, which is just one short block up from our previous location. We serve the surrounding area's party needs by offering quality products that will create an ideal environment for your birthdays, barbecues, and graduation parties.  We are a small business that has and will always be first and foremost concerned with serving the community that we, ourselves, live in.

Event and Party Rentals

We serve the surrounding area's party and event needs by offering quality rental services and equipment that will create an ideal environment for your events including fundraisers, parties, weddings, birthdays, barbecues, and graduation parties.  We are a small family-owned business that is committed to providing unparalleled value and top-shelf service.  We pride ourselves on treating each of our customers just like family.   

Our rental selection specializes in outdoor tents, tables, chairs, linens, and concession equipment. Our tents offer protection from rain, sunlight, and heat, keeping your guests comfortable. Having an evening party? Rent lighting to brighten up your gathering! We also rent tables and chairs to place underneath our tents or inside your home to provide adequate seating for your event. To top off the tables, you can choose from an immense selection of linens that are delivered directly to your home. We have also expanded our offerings to include a variety of smaller rentals, including popcorn and cotton candy machines, coffee urns, and catering supplies.

Balloons and Balloon Arrangements

In addition to rentals, Caldwell Event Outfitters also has a wide selection of balloons and offers balloon delivery and elegant balloon arrangements to liven up any event.
